The workshop is conducted in a Facebook Group that will include a video that will be offered live at the beginning of the workshop and remain recorded and available until the workshop ends. As such, you don't have to be present for the live video to participate. In the Group you will be able to ask questions, see what the other students have created, learn about the best ingredients, and receive feedback.

Hello! I'm Chef Vanessa Musi, and I'll be your instructor.
I am a pioneer in healthy baking. I have been developing recipes for over 30 years and have trained thousands and thousands of chefs and baking enthusiasts around the world. At the end of 2022, I opened the world's first development lab and school for healthy baking: The Healthy Baking Lab, in Austin, Texas, USA.
I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia while studying to become a Chef, and everyone told me I should change careers. I decided to do exactly the opposite and have dedicated my life to creating healthy baking recipes that I can eat myself. Now, I am delighted to teach you everything I've learned so that you can also share a Sweet and Healthy World, whether it is with your customers or your loved ones.
